Before you can create a work order, you must first define the client for the home or mobile home on which the work is to be performed. Do this from the Client Main Menu.
You may initiate a new work order in any of three ways:
- From either NEAT or MHEA recommendations using the "Create Work Order(s)" button on the Measures Tab of the Audit Main Menu item,
- From scratch, using the Work Orders tab under the Client Main Menu item, or
- By using the new record button or Copy button on the Work Order Information Tab under the Work Order Main Menu item itself
