The Client Information form has several mandatory data fields, but also space to enter data that is not required. The non-required data is used to develop your own survey that can be used to submit information to your state for their DOE Quarterly Report.
This lesson will take you through the two-step process to use the Survey function of Weatherization Assistant. It will show you how to develop the survey you wish to complete for each house or mobile home under the Agency section. Then, you will learn how to use the Survey form under the Clients section to complete the survey you developed.
