When you use the Billing Adjustment feature in either NEAT or MHEA, you must first enter utility bill data for the home under the Utility Bills tab. This feature allows you to enter both heating and cooling bills for periods of time prior to and after the weatherization retrofit. This lesson takes you through the process of entering this data.
